NMLS test scoring fraud
This I know will probably come as a shock to all mortgage loan officer NMLS test takers ...But my friends without your knowledge they are engaging in a testing fraud scheme that will have a big bearing on the score you will receive. So what is this fraud?
It's quite simple. You will be asked to answer 100 questions and will be given a time limit to complete the test. Only one problem...only 90 of the 100 questions you are asked to answer will count towards your test score.....10 questions will be thrown out. You will therefore be wasting valuable time meeting your time limit answering these thrown out questions that are not used in your score.
The adverse ramifications of this fraudulent test scoring scheme are endless. At the very worst you could be denied a passing grade due to this scoring manipulation....and if you (unfairly because of your score manipulation) should fail the test you will become unemployable in the mortgage industry. No job to take care of you and your
family for you.
These people are such professional fraudsters they even have an excuse for what they're doing to cheat you out of your livelihood. They will tell you all the information about their testing procedures are in their NMLS handbook. Again only one problem....no one ever sees this so-called handbook let alone be able to read what's in it..
My friends in the mortgage business you've been had by a bunch of hypocritical do gooders in Washington and in your State government. While all the bankers and stock brokers who caused the subprime mortgage crises got rich and are out playing golf on the golf course every day you are breaking your butt studying for a test that is completely unfair and fraudulent just so you can stay in the business.
