National Moving Network, AY Transport ripoff, damged Items, lied, unresponsive, overcharged, deciete San Jose California
Ay Transport overcharged us for many hidden items, boxes,stairs,weight.
The most disturbing thing was they switched are items from truck to truck along the way, we were unable to monitor how are items were being packed or handled.
When they actually arrived it seemed as though my items were thrown into a truck, over 30 percent of my belongings were crushed or severly damaged.
I believe anyone exspects a few damaged items but this more resembled a train wreck.
After such poor service, being overcharged on everything and 30 percent of my belongings damaged, I can't get a return phone call for any kind of resolution.
