I have not fully completed my report in stating the details of my horrible experience with these companies, however, I have dealt with the same issues as all the other unfortunate customers, who have filed a rip-off report on this website against these companies.

Therefore, I am proposing a "Class Action" against these companies, as I have lost many valuable items which most importantly are of sentimental value.

Please contact me through the rebuttal key or through the editor of this site.

I'm furious! I personally went to AY Transport today @ 125 Component San Jose, CA and spoke to Theresa, who claimed to be the supervisor/manager, who was condescending, rude, insensitive and could care less about my lost items.

My full detailed report will follow.

Tina, the person you should have spoken to is Asaf Nass. He's the president & CEO. You could also ask to speak to Amit Ezyoni. I'm sure they'll laugh at you, but it's worth a shot.

By the way, what is the office like? Are there names anywhere, like Progressive Van Lines, Midwest Relocation, or AY Transport (since all three companies have their physical address in that office)? Or does it just say "Your Premium Moving Company"? Or anything at all?

Sad to say, ther's not much that can be done by way of a lawsuit. There's a pesky thing called the Carmack Amendment that effectively shields these scammers from litigation by ordinary consumers. Then again, I'm not sure it's ever been tested by a Class Action Lawsuit. There was a lawyer who was looking into a class action suit against National Moving Network, his email was posted in an older report. If you can find it, maybe see if he's interested in taking on a second suit.

Please put your story here, let everyone see what they've done to yet another customer. There is no shortage of AY victims.
