Signed up for a 9 month program with Joel through National PDL Relief. It was agreed that NPDLR would consolidate and pay my three PayDay loans. I started program in January 2018 and completed in September 2018.
After program completion repeatedly emailed, faxed and wrote asking for confirmation of program completion and that my lenders had been paid. I received one response from Joel stating that he would look into the hold up and one response from main email stating that they would follow through with payments.
Starting in March 2019, the emails were coming back as email address not found and website was pulled down. Also, the physical address showed as permanently closed.
Mail was returned from physical address with one of them showing the customer as Joel Kostelec. Using information from previous report and Kansas business entity search I was able to ascertain the physical address forJoel Kostelec. I will be filing a small claims court claim against him if he doesn't respond to new mailing sent to him at updated address.
I also filed complaints with the FTC, IC3, Johnson County District Attorney's Office, OH Attorney General's Office, and the CFPB.
