Your first step should be to go to the credit card company they are billing to and let them know that these are unauthorized charges and they need to be reversed. You can also try contacting the company again (I know , not fun to sit on hold), but if you can make it through the long hold, be sure to get a supervisor or manager (or whatever they call them). Do a search on this site for them too, there are other reports on them that may have more detailed info to help you. Good luck!
