Kathryn, No one at CCR knows who you are. Further, I never received the e-mail you said you sent. In addition, our complaint rate is the lowest in the industry; it is less than one-quarter-of-one percent. I honestly feel that the problem is that you probably were fired for non-performance or some behavioral issue and are now attempting to undermine both CCR and NSBA with false and slanderous accusations. I would dearly like to know who you are. As you can see, I don't hide behind pseudo-names. In each and every response I include my direct line and cell phone number and personal e-mail address. Why don't you call me or really e-mail me? And please, use your real name. By the way, I noticed that you really didn't respond to the claims I made about the misrepresentations made in this company by the employees and encouraged by the management. You opted insted to use a standard response titled" here's the real story " When you address the real issue, Mr. Mario, then I'll respond. I have nothing further to say...This is a game to you, you can't really be taking this seriously and minimize the sincere concerns 'everyone' is proclaiming. I did work for you, I have proof and I am telling the truth. Telemarketers are trained to mislead and not to come right out and tell the truth. Bonuses and gifts are given to the rep with the most sales and contests are used to drive the sales reps to close more deals and it's all ok'd by the mgmt. The motto in the office when I was there was " Perception is 9/10's of reality" it's not what you say, but what they think you say...How do you feel about that Mr Mario. I sincerely want to give you the benefit of the doubt, but it's hard when you discredit legitimate claims that I know are true. Please respond sir

Dennis, You said you were going to respond to the allegations, but all you did was spout the same crap as you do on all the reports about your corrupt organization, then stated there was no "Kathryn" that was employed in Ohio. You never did respond to the allegations. I for one would be interested in seeing what you would say.

Mr Mario, I did indeed work for C.C.R and I most certainly used my legal name. I feel no need to list my full name on this web page; especially after I privately submitted my email to you with hopes of getting a sincere and honest response from you. Now I don't know what channels you utilized to locate if I was who I said I was, or if I indeed really did work for Corporate Collection Services in Beachwood, Ohio, but nevertheless; the fact remains that I did work there for a very brief time ( 2 wks ) and after realizing that this was a company that I couldn't feel proud to say I worked for, I resignted. Mr Mario, regardless of all the trendy and well prepared rebuttals you render to these pitiful people who have been taken advantage of, the fact still remains that their is definitely unfair practices and misrepresentation going on. Yes, there is a verification process, but it is done in such a way that the solicited party really doesn't have a timely chance to inquire-the telemarketers are 'trained' to lead the unsuspecting parties into believing 'anything necessary ' to close the sale. The mgrs are aware and the t.m's are very careful to use words to misrepresent the entire bundle. It's fraud and if you think all of these people are complaining about the same thing and the same scam without legitimate cause, then you are the one with the problem. Now you can be as coniving and deceitful as you want with the scammee's - go ahead, belittle them more and then some more again- Why not- you already have their money, but don't try to do the same with me. I know the truth and I welcome these fine, hardworking folks to respond to me via this page if I may be of assistance to you. This must be stopped. Morally, I couldn't continue to work for a business that makes it's living by blatantly ripping people off. People you should hear what goes on in this call center, the language and the representatives who sell you this stuff over the phone. You all would be surprised. Any decent person, with any degree of compassion, could not, would not remain employed by this place after realizing the indecent practices that are sanctioned here. Mr Mario, you may be as diplomatic as you like, but I'd love to see a segment of this story on primetime so that good people could be given back some dignity for the lack of integrity that you continue to show everytime you reply back without taking any credit for anything. You and the organization you represent are truly sad! Good luck everyone who has been hurt by this company and I formally apologize to you. Once I caught on to what was really going on, I promptly resigned. I pray you all be vindicated and compensated for your losses. Shame on the N.S.B.A

Before directly responding to Kathryn's allegations let me first point out that: 1. NSBA is headquartered in Washington DC, NOT in Ohio. 2. NSBA prides itself on maintaining industry best practices by only selecting and solicitation businesses, scrubbing all calls through Federal, State and In-house DNC files. 3. All NSBA's scripts and materials are closely scrutinized by the same attorneys that are used by the Direct Marketing Association. 4. NSBA does not condone any misrepresentation or deviation from any attorney approved scripting 5. ALL sales verified through a third party verification company. 6. Further all sales are recorded and the member is played a pre-recorded disclosure that recaps exactly what the member is receiving and how the payments work and specifically asks if the member was offered anything else then what was just recapped in the recorded verification. 7. NSBA Trains Outsourced call centers to stick to script, monitors and has no tolerance for deviation. 8. Each outsourced call center is responsible to do quality assurance and listen to each and every recorded verification and cancel any not meeting NSBA's strict guidelines. 9. As a second level of quality control, NSBA also does its own quality assurance on each verification and cancels any that do not meet guidelines. 10. NSBA only benefits from having happy members. We take complaints very seriously. Upon further investigation, we can't find a "Kathryn" who worked for CCR. What is your real name?
