I ordered some dietary supplements from National Supplement Beauty Solutions Ltd...(www.nsbsltd.com). I found them from their advertisement page on instagram. The supplements seemed legit so I purchased a trial bottle for $7.99 which included shipping and handling which I thought was a great price! I saw the transaction on my account for $7.99. I received the product 5 days later. The ISSUE was when I checked my bank account 7 days later, the company charged $74.99 to my account, then a month later, February 15, 2018 they charged my account $84.00 again.

Im still trying to figure out why do they have my bank information and why are you charging me for a product that I did not receive or plan on buying again??? I was not made aware of a subscription. There was no such information distibuted to me about a subscription. BE AWARE people of purchasing anything from these people or similar companies..they are fraudulent and scamming people. They illegally went and took money from my account. When I called the company about it, the woman I spoke with couldn't even explain to me why they charged my account twice.

I then received an email about my subscription being canceled.... I never agreed to a scubscription nor did I personally give them my personal account information to keep for their file. These people need to pay for what they are doing to people. It is not right and very unjustified!!!!! I am outraged and ANGRY!!!!!

 They did the exact same thing to me. I disputed it with my bank. They took the charge off. Now 3 months later, the claim was denied, because this company had all of my information. My bank told me i had to call them to get a refund. I called them, they said there is nothing they can do because I filed a claim against them. I said yes, I know but the claim has been denied. She said yes, because we knew all of your information and we won the case. WTF.... it was like a game to them. I don't know what to do at this point.
