On 11/26/2015 I ordered three G700 flashlights, extra batteries and chargers.   After many wasted calls was rewarded with a tracking number that didn't track anything for me.  Got through to an unknown male who stated USPS had recycled tracking numbers.  Only got email when I sent cancellation request on 1/4/2016.  Happy New Year, no G700's here.

I see you seem to have read my rebuttals, but do not grasp that I will not now or in the future, waste any more of my time trying to call you.  I know capitalization is not recommended.  I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED MY ORDER.  Believe me when I write that I need no further from you.

im sorry to hear that if you would like to give us another call. we will answer there has been some complaits that we have got and we are doing the best to correct these problems for you and other customers. they has been some difficulty with ups. but we are curtainly fixing that.

Dear Sirs:  To the newest name in the mix, I've never seen before, LUMITACT.  I tried that same number countless times as this sad chapter in my life opened on 11/26/2015.  After seeing a flashlight like this I ordered enough to cover poss. emerg. incidents, planning on pre-Christmas testing.  If they worked as well as described I thought I might get some for LEO friends.

Well as I have read, it seems I wasn't the only one with the early order idea who went without.

In my last posting I said, and nothing to date has changed my mind:   SHAME ON YOU!!

I tried for several hours trying to call.  Got recording repeatedly, gave up left number for (C) contact.  Guess what?  

ATTENTION:  My order finally arrived in the last week of January 2016.

This is either my first or second rebuttal, as I havr no idea what happened to the first attempt.  I ordered product G700with some accessories. Betcha can't guess who I am? Enough with the levity. I looked at other complains lodged against you and saw at least one from a LEO. SHAME ON YOU! If flaslights are as advertised, then public safety and Officer Safety are considerably diminished. Joe.
