Nationstar Mortgage Unfair fees, trying to cash a check not made out to them Lewis, Texas
Bank of America sold our mortgage to Nationstar, we sent check to BOFA for March 2013
payment, then received notice that Nationstar is new owner of our mortgage, we
stopped payment to BOFA and issued a check to Nationstart for March 2013 payment
which they received, BOFA sent check to Nationstart and they tried to cash it
but we had the stop payment, now they are dunning us for $15.00 and how is
it they are trying to collect on trying to cash a check not made out to them?
They are saying they will put a block on future checks
Just another way to collect fees, that do not belong to them
