Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

when nationstar mortgage co. took over my mortgage i wasn't even told about it until a month later,

then i was never told what my new payments would be if that was going to be different, then a few times i was contacted by them saying if i paid $179.00 i would be caught up, so i gave them a check over the phone, then that supposedly did fix the problem. since 2009, i get two calls from them a day one where a live person calls me and the second one is computer activated. then atleast twice a month or atleast every other month i get someone at my door, with a enevelope saying on it that your mortgage company needs to speak with you, when they do talk to me. and then there is a charge on my mortgage statement for that visit from that person.

I am a United States Disabled Veteran and have disclosed that many times, i have faxed over a mortgage modification to 4 different people and they swear they didn't get it. i have even had a bank manager from my bank and myself on a three-way call with a worker from nationstar, and the bank manager has faxed something over to that nationstar worker and they had the audicity to say they never received anything, when the bank manager stated they had a confirmation that the other side did receive it.

my mortgage payment wassent out by my bank every month on the 15th of the month, as long as it wasn't a Holiday or a weekend day if so it went out the following business day.

I have confirmation for every payment made from 2006 when i purchased my home up to the date of today. as i said i was told to fill out the modification paperwork numerous times and only once was i told i was denied the other times i was never informed. then all of a sudden this one worker told me not to pay my mortgage the month we were in, that way it would look like i was in the rears and then my modification would go thru, i sent the paperwork to him as he requested and never heard from him, now i have someone else telling me again to fill out the paperwork and when i told him i have done this too many times for this company he told me he doesn't have any of this in his computer. when i get letters from them i get one in my PO Box, and another one where i have to sign for it. now for the last 3 months they have started sending my mortgage payment back and i have recently received letters from a attorney stating i am going into foreclosure. i am a Veteran and don't feel i should have to go thru all of this. i believe this company is doing fraudlent things to their clients and should be pulled into court with a civil law suit.
