Received a call from a Randy Phillips from Nationwide Attorney Services..or Court Services, he couldn't seem to get the name of his supposed company correct. He called my work and cell and left illegal identifying information on a general voicemail (not mine) including the last 4 digits of my social security number. He states he was working on behalf of Triad and had a wage garnishment order due to a judgement. He got very angry when I started asking questions and asking for the case number. He gave me some bogus number that isn't even the proper court case formatting, and got very angy and yelled at me when I told him I thought this was all bogus, and I would contact my lawyer to decide what to do. I filed a complaint, and also called the court to find out about this supposed judgement and it does not exist. Tied to find this supposed company and it does not seem to exist...I assume it is another Triad tactic. I did look up the number and it looks like Randy is calling from a suburban home in Orange County, not a company.

As stated before my call was prompted by an issue related to the documents we had received. This is evidenced by the fact that there is 1 and only complaint. Frank needs to calm down a bit, really, the sky isn't falling.

In response to "Frank":
Yes, my name is Randy, yes, I own Nationwide. That's right! Sometimes we only say Nationwide, others Court Services and when really motivated, Nationwide Court and Attorney Services. I guess De Niro is NOT really De Niro as sometimes he's called Robert or Bob or Bobby! Any information left regarding litigation and or post judgment remedies is NOT illegal as it's public record. As to what you claim we discussed, I would NEVER contact an individual unless there were issues related to what we were hired to do and I was seeking the assitance of the person who was looking at a post judgment remedy. Believe it or not, I was doing you a favor. I don't know what you did or didn't discuss with our client but what do know is that we were asked to cancel our services related to this matter.
Lastly, we have no obligation to provide information regarding our company to the public. We do not solicit business and do not invite calls or visits from those we are serving. Any reasonable person would understand that the business we conduct can be unpleasant. My business, my choice thank you very much. In the interest of fairness it would be appreciated if Frank would let us all knowwhat the end result was in this matter. If I can find out I'll post it.
