Nationwide Cyber Systems are fraudulent. They lure you into this business with their sweet talk, like they really care about you, and all of their promises and lies.

They tell you that you will be making a profit of at least $2000 a month. The only people making money doing this business is them by taking yours and running.

Before you purchase a terminal they call you almost every day and after they receive your money they become too busy to talk to you and you then become antoher victim.

They over-charge for their terminals and they make you believe that you need to hurry and purchase one because the price keeps going up, "so get yours now because next month they will be $1000 more." Also, they give your bogus referrals. Don't believe any of them. All of their advertising is false.

All of the favorable sites they choose for you in high-traffic areas. What a joke! I was sent to a trashy dirty gas station (truck-stop as they called it) and they laughed at me when I asked if this was a busy place. Had Nationwide done what they promised in locating you a favorable site, I would have never been sent to a place like this.

I hope these cheats and liars get what they deserve so they can stop scamming innocent, hard working people of their life savings.

No matter how potentially corrupt they might be, it couldn't hurt to try for a refund. Here is some contact information, which might be of use. The address you gave was accurate and consistent, which is good, if you should consider placing a lawsuit against them, but I must warn you that mail is getting sent back from the specific address posted. Here are some additional telephone numbers for Nationwide: 1-800-736-4511 and 1-954-983-5885 I have not tried these numbers. For more information on Nationwide Cyber Systems you can access: http://www.public-access-internet-terminals.com They offer information cost free. They started examining the quality of public access terminals in 1999, and basically evaluate the industry. They are almost like Consumer Reports, except in this specific area. Their site also has a Message Board. They want to hear from anyone who has been defrauded by this corporation, through their email: [email protected] According to the evaluation, "this corporation is not willing to live up to their end of the bargain". http://www.public-access-internet-terminals.com/internet_terminal_biz-alerts.html I recommend you read that article. It's no more than two pages, but has valuable information. They also have two more articles there you can access. Unfortunately, determining your qualifications for a refund depends on your "Purchasing Agreement". Without knowing your agreement, it is not possible to see if you have a back door out of this one. Review everything you have in writing to examine your options, and share that "Purchasing Agreement" with us, if you can. Hope this helps.
