Nationwide Housing Corporation Doesn't Care About You Or Me New Hope Minnesota
Nationwide Housing Corporation has ignored several requests by emails and letters as well as emails I have left for them on their contact page a few times over. I left 2 messages several months ago and 1 message recently. The one time I received a response was in recent time I contacted HUD to get a response from them, then I got a quick response from them in a letter sent through email by HUD, but not the one I wanted. Merri Miller, one of the regional managers at Nationwide Housing Corporation said that my neighbor committed no lease violations and therefore would not recieve any infractions (write ups).
My neighbor lies alot about me and the dogs, she is known around here for harassing, especially me, though lately she has kept her mouth shut with me but I don't know when that will change again. She calls the cops a lot on people. She'll either overreact to the situation and make the story sound 3 times worse than it actually is when talking to the cops or she'll lie and call the cops. I figure she has probably called the cops on me several times over though they aren't out here to see me that much.
My neighbor bitches about people and to people, calls the cops on others when cops are not needed, lies, harasses, and is an all out nut at times. Cops don't do anything about her, neither does Joni Twite, manager here at Whispering Pines Apartments here in Caledonia, Minnesota. And neither does the Nationwide Housing Corporation. Several times over I have made requests to all these places. Several times over, I'm ignored. But as I've mentioned, I did get one response after I contacted HUD to contact them, but of course, harassment is not a lease violation.
Recently, after sending another few more emails, I was able to get hold of someone who is the Director of Property Management. She said she'd get to it as soon as possible. That was a few days ago, still waiting for a reply and sent another email reminding her in recent time of what I wanted.
Nationwide Housing Corporation does not care about me, you, or anyone else here. If I were you I'd not do business with them and certainly don't rent an apartment here at Whispering Pines in Caledonia, MN because whether you are one of her victims or an innocent bystander, you will eventually find out how she is to people. The last cop who was at my door I hear is her friend, at least that is the word around here. She is really nice to the new people so beware because sooner or later she may turn on you.
Nationwide Housing Corporation and Whispering Pines Apartments only care for the rent check. They don't have any feelings toward the people who live under their management. My suggestion is, just don't do business with this corporation or with Whispering Pines Apartments here in Caledonia, Minnesota. Save yourself, go somewhere else. I moved in in December 2015 and craving for justice.
The neighbor has been trying to force me out. So moving to another apartment at this time would only reward her behavior and she'd know that she can keep this up with other people if she hated them as neighbors. Who knows, she's probably already done it to the last tenant of this apartment, who knows?

UPDATE, October 6th, 2017: Nationwide Housing Corporation reps came to see me this morning after many months of trying to get them to acknowledge me and show some consideration. I think what really helped is sending them the links I had to all the negative reviews I did of them. Though they were really nice and showed me some consideration and said they'd speak with my neighbor, I do not think they will or have punished the site manager or the neighbor for any of this. But at least they came here personally to see me and they drove 3 1/2 hours to see me so it was showing great effort. Though I wish they had seen me many months ago. I hope though that they have punished who they needed to in this, but I highly doubt that they did.

It appears that after the huge stink I've raised online recently about the Nationwide Housing Corporation and their failure to act properly on this situation and after calling and yelling at someone on their voicemail, and several emails later since posting this report, that I finally am being listened to. Nationwide Housing Corporation bosses over the site manager here wants to make a 3 1/2 hour drive to come and see me here at apartment complex next Friday. But they also want to talk to my neighbor that day.
I don't know if I'm in trouble for me at this point or not but they said they are willing to discuss my issues and concerns that I have. I have emailed them more details about this situation so that they come well prepared about what we are to discuss, and I've also included some requests I would like addressed. I hope this goes well, I am nervous about this.
Will post updates when I have more information about this situation. But it appears, after the huge stink I raised online and sending them links to all the review sites and complaint boards, that that must be what they finally woke up to and they seem to have decided that I was more of a priority to them now. I hope we can find a way to resolve this issue and maybe even come to some sort of compromise if I have to make one. Right now I am sticking to my guns and requesting punishment of site manager and neighbor.
