Nationwide Mattress & Furniture Warehouse Buyer Beware Liars Dressed Up In Suits Charlotte North Carolina
I purchased a mattress and was told to go home the delivery person would be there and he never showed up after 3 hours of waiting I called to ask for my money back and was told there was no refund.
On top of lying about delivery the young man told me he was the Manager of nine stores and he's not. Buyer beware this store does not do what they promise regardless of what they advertise. Also there furniture is cheap! Cheap! CHEAP! trust me go somewhere else and buy do not purchase. I made a mistake please don't repeat it. My day was wasted waiting on a mattress that took 3 hours to deliver. I would not have had a problem if I was told the truth about delivery but he told me he was on the way but showed up late!
