Nationwide Movers USA was scheduled to pick up my items on Saturday April 7th 2013.  I have a archway at the end of my drivewayand would need a smaller truck.  The driveway is black top .  You can go on the grass to get around archway and then get back on the blacktop driveway.   They were informed of this ahead of time.  Nationwide movers has a 2 day window was Saturday 7th or Sunday the 8th.  The driver had called and wanted to know they could come around 8:00 PM.  They didn't arrive until 10:17 PM.  They were complaining about the archway that I had already cleared with Wendy, the person on the phone who scheduled the pickup  The drivers gave me a hard time and I had to pay them more money.  They said that it was to dark to load anything. They said that they would be back in the morning. All these items were in excellent condition when the guys came to pick them up. They didn't have the proper equipment to handle a baby grand piano.  they moved it with a very small dolly. Nationwide Movers USA truck don't have a lift on their trucks.   4 guys lifted the piano on the truck.   There was 2 curio cabinets that I was told that the drivers would take off the glass doors to the curio cabinets but they refused to take off and said they were going to ship as is. The grand father clock, entertaiment center,  I also paid for a second stop for a refrigerator and stove to be delivered.  The driver refused to delivery. I also paid the drivers and extra $200.00 dollard to take 4 items to a lower area in the house.  The driver dropped 1 desk and broke the solid marble top in half.  They were scheduled to delivery my items to Pensacola. Fl on the 9th.  but instead carried them to Pembrooke, Fl.   It took Nationwide Movers almost a month before they delivered my items.  When they were delivered the 2 curio cabinets were broken.  The piano was rolled in to my place instead of being handled by a dolly or something to carry it on by only 2 guys.  The piano was damaged in several places and the cover is just sittting in the piano.  Nationwide only sent over the the paperwork that they had when items were picked up.  They told me that the signed copy from the delivery driver was never turned in by driver.   I was told that I had to turn in a damaged report to Athem Claim Management.  I sent complete paperwork and pictures of the broken and damaged items  over to Athem  claim management.  I sent them the signed copy from the inventory sheet that I was given by the pick up driver and then the delivery driver  signed inventory sheet on how the merchandise was delivered.  It was signed for by TC the Nationwide Movers USA Driver by each item that was damage.   Nationwide Movers USA and Athem Claim management or giving me a hard time with the claim.
