To begin with, I would do a search on Nationwide on this website - you will thank your lucky stars as to how fortunate you truly were. Many people who use a broker like Nationwide usually have movers that wait 30 days to deliver your stuff. Is what they did bad? Sure. On the other hand, you paid very little - so you got what you paid for. Given what you're complaining about so far, it's mild compared to what happens to others. Rule of thumb with moving: Never search for a mover on the internet; you will be low-balled and your price will absolutely go up - sometimes to the price a regular major, full-service mover will charge. Except that you get less than professional service. I will assume for the moment that you paid for the move in full. If you haven't, you need to - NOW!! Per the contract you signed, no claim will be resolved until you pay for the move in full first. Have you filed a claim with the mover? If you have, you're complaining too soon at this point to have the claim resolved. On the other hand, expect that you will get reimbursed at an amount equal to $0.60 per pound. That means if you're 50 pound TV was broken, expect $30 in a claim refund and there's nothing you can do about that, because that's in your contract and no lawyer can get around that contract. Moving is not an inexpensive venture and choosing a mover based on price without doing a search on how good a mover they are will generally cost you in late deliveries, broken items, and a broken heart. Stay off the internet to find a mover and stick to the phone book and stick with the major companies that move people. Best of luck to you.

I looked up the paperwork and found I had made an error. Nationwide contracted All Star not All Pro. They are the company we are most upset at and waiting for their refund.
