natural health network ltd veloura ordered a free trial of veloura wrinkle cream for 3.49 took two payment out of my bank totaling 107.42 Internet
I sent off for wrinkle cream called veloura,it was a free trial and was priced at 3.49 I have never recieved the cream and i went to get some money out of the bank and it wouldn't let me withdraw any i then got a statement and it said i was minus 107.42
i phoned up my bank and they said that a company called veloura had taken two payments totaling that amount i have tried getting in touch with them but to no avail i am now skint and have no money they have ripped me off and i now owe the bank and don't know what to do as i don't have a lot of money and have to skrimp and scrape every week to try and make ends meet i got the cream from a site that was advertised on facebook i just don't know what to do
i'm so upset and feel like such a fool
