I didn't file the original report but did file the comment titled "Exact same bad experience with Natural Methods". I just wanted to update what happened to me: I ended up eventually getting through to Natural Methods via their phone line after repeated attempts. They told me they had been having customer service issues lately. They also said they were having some major troubles with their supplier. I cancelled my order and they refunded my money. I then later re-ordered a LadyComp via RaXMedical and it was shipped right away. I made sure to phone first to confirm it was in stock. It is a good product and RaXMedical seems to have their act together.

I've had the exact same experience as Kay in buying from Natural Methods. I made my purchase about 6 weeks ago (except I paid the full $500+ upfront rather than in installments AND I paid for expedited shipping!). Natural Methods proceeded to charge my credit card and then sent me an email saying the product is back-ordered about 3-4 weeks. After about 3 weeks I used their online form to ask what my order status was. They never got back to me. A couple weeks later I emailed them. They never responded. All I get when phoning (their many different numbers) is their voicemail, and they haven't returned my call. It's been over 6 weeks since I placed my order and I haven't been able to contact them once. It's frustrating because I'll be moving soon and can't wait another month for my order to be shipped. I can't get ahold of them to change my address, nor do I want to wait indefinitely for something that I have no guarantee (or even a verbal/written assurance) I'll ever get. My only recourse might be to file a dispute or chargeback with my credit card company. The thing is, I don't actually think Natural Methods is trying to scam or fraud anyone. They seem like they were at one time a reputable company. They just seem to either (A) have terrible customer service due to currently being phenomenally understaffed or incompetent or something, or (B) are going out of business and haven't tied up their loose ends yet. It's totally unacceptable to charge a customer's credit card *months* in advance to shipping a product, especially when your website gives the promise that the product will arrive in a few days if one pays for expedited shipping. This would be still be forgivable, however, if I could actually speak to a customer representative to see what was going on. But I can't seem to do that. In response to RaXMedical: I didn't order through your website so I can't say what your customer service is like. I ordered through http://ladycomp-babycomp.com. If you are in any way affiliated with that distributor, please let us know what's going on.

We have excellent customer service including a toll free number, 9-5 EST Monday to Friday and 7 day email service with a two hour response time. We value the product's good reputation as a reliable, natural birth control and we make every effort to provide the best in customer service. We ship twice a week and delivery is usually within 3 business days. We never process funds through your credit card until the day we ship the device.
