Natural Stone Works, LLC Poor quality of stoned installed Virginia Ashland Virginia
What a nightmare. I remodeled two bathrooms. Each had 8’ plus vanity tops. I noticed when the vanity tops arrived they had some scratches. The workers took pictures and my contractor called Andy to make him aware. He said he would be out that Friday to look at them. He never showed.
The workers hit my cabinet and the panel had to be replaced. They banged the door frame. Worst of all; after the lights were on the tops had scratches all over them. My contractor had them covered with fresh black plastic taped to the wall as soon as they were installed. Natural Stoneworks sent two men out to fix the scratches in the pictures.
When the lights came on and they saw all the scratches, they left. None of the scratches were repaired. My contractor and I called Andy the owner. He refused to come out to look at the scratches.
My contractor contacted Absolute Stone. They sent one man out and he polished the scratches out the best he could. 2 hours of work by a competitor and the scratches were better. Be aware before using Natural Stoneworks.
