Some steps to take: If the charge is less than 60 days old, call the phone number provided on your checking account statement and explain your problem. Do not wait for your refund - go to the bank and explain it is an unauthorized charge. Phone # 800-215-0063 If over 60 days: I filed a report with ITC3 and my complaint was filed with the Elk Grove Police Department. Be very specific about steps already taken in your report and names, dates and times that you have contacted the company and what the result was of each phone number or email. I had my money in a week through this channel.

I am also an ex employee of ITV Direct Beverly and I must say that there were NOT always recordings of customers agreeing to autoships, more often then not GENIE #'s never matched and the recordings we invalid, thus the 1000's of customers that were on a waiting list to get a refund! And what about this catchy rebuttal to the customers who wanted to know where their books were that they ordered months ago: They were on back order because of the high demand and they are on there way now, or that we changed shipping facilities and they are now in ILL. instead of beverly!

I am a CSR at ITV, and we only do the customer service for Kevin Trudeau. We do not make his policies, that orders cannot be cncl'd or that s&h is non refundable, if an order went to a wrong address and the cust does not get it, we reship the order. Has anyone stopped to think that companies are regulated by the FTC, especially companies that advertise on TV??? If we were a fraud/scam as many of you say then don't you think we would be shut down? You need to be careful what you say in print, because it is slander and you can be sued...If you are getting a product/charge on a monthly basis then there is a recording somewhere of you agreeing to it. We do and cannot take funds from an acct on a monthly basis without the express'd consent of the account holder. Maybe there should be a site for all the people who have had wonderful experiences w/ the company, who wait their turn to speak to a live rep, and who have something better to do then to sit online and trash companies, because they are too lazy to do some basic footwork or are to impatient to sit on hold and wait for your turn.
