Posted about hsbc. "HAD" an account with best buy. hsbc was doing the billing for best buy. Two out of three of the last payments took 12 or 13 days to get posted to my(wife's) account. I know there's no way in hell it takes 12 or 13 days for a payment to get to CA, same billing address as yours, from TX. I guess they sit on them for a couple or several days just to rack up late fees. The first one, 12 days to get there and be posted to my account, they credited back. The second and last, took 13 days. I called them and let hsbc have it and then I called best buy and did the same. Best buy did call me back to find out what the problem was. I had called everyone. I called to get the balance on the 28th and it hadn't been credited. I called on the 29th and they had credited it back to the 28th, so I know they went back and posted for it to previous day. About the only thing I can suggest is to use an online payment service through your bank/CU.
