     I purchased two navigational DVD's from their online website. One for each of my two cars. One functioned as it should. The second one did not function at all and gave a “no disc detected” message. I tried numerous times to no avail. I reinstalled the original DVD in the second car and it works okay. I can only assume that the disc is faulty or they shipped the wrong disc.

     There is no phone contact information on their website. The only way to contact them is by using their customer service form. I did receive an automated email to my inbox that my message was correctly sent. Stating that they would get back to me as soon as possible...

      I found a phone number from the credit card people that I charged my purchase to. And have since left phone messages for them to please call me.. Sadly the phone is a Goolge phone and asked me my name. Now that's a surprise! Monitoring their calls,, why?? After saying my name, I was put on hold for a few minutes. Only to receive a message back that no one was able to take my call. And to leave a message... I left two messages on differnet days. Well that didn't work either..

     Now in today's vast world of internet purchases. I have never experienced such poor customer service! Doing a quick search on Google. Revealed that this organization has many complaints exactly as mine. In hind sight, I wish I would have done a search before placing my order! Clearly Navdvdmaps is a rip off.... As I have yet to hear from them..
