Navient They are calling me 10 times a day. Pennsylvania
Harassing me, calling me ten times a day. They say I co signed a student loan and are going to debit my account. Which in fact my mother in law signed that loan and she is dead now.

If you are the cosigner on the loan, you are just as responsible as is the borrower even if said borrower is dead.
