Navman USA Navman Will not provide RMA's for IN-warranty Service or Replacement Fremont California
I purchase a navman n40i less than a year ago. The unit stopped working a month ago, I called the company to send the unit in for warranty service. The company stated that they could not provide an RMA for the device due to the fact that they were upgrading the servers that generate those numbers and I would need to wait until they corrected the problem. I have made at least 4 more calls over a month and the company will not provide the information or take any action to replace or repair the unit at all. I get the run around and I have had it.
