Nc Furniture Buy Direct ripoff dishonest fraudulent company who collects money with no intention of sending any orders as promised through contract. High Point North Carolina
I placed an order in August 2005 received acceptance and confirmation of the order. They sent several emails about the different phases. As soon as the money was taken from my account the emails stopped coming. There is a furniture tracking system on their web site that stated my order would be complete and delivery was scheduled to go out on November 4, 2005.
After the money came out of my account I can not get this site to work any more. It just goes back to the home page. The link stopped working. I have faxed these people, called these people, emailed them through their web site and also emailed them through the BBB web site.
I reported them to BBB hoping for a response they never did. They did open the email sent to them through the BBB web site, but have not responded to me in any way.
