Nce unified health Said was health insurance when it was a supplement Arlington Heights Illinois
From illinois. Was told by nce representative that this was health insurance and when I received paperwork a month later it was supplemental insurance which was useless to me as I had no insurance at all. Called to get a refund I paid 198 but would only give me 79.00. Everytime I call to ask where my refund is they day its bank that's the problem which I know it is not. Still have not received a refund.
