I received my letter about 6 months ago from NCO and started making payments, but never received any info. So can I still ask for information on it ? My friend also received a letter a couple of weeks ago but they said his information is on the way. (My last post was in reference to my friend..He's the one that supposedly owes them $1800)

You need to send a letter to NCO, certified mail return receipt requested, demanding verification of the debt. They have to prove that it is your debt and that is a collectable debt. Make sure you keep copies of everything. If this is NOT your debt or if the statute of limitations has expired, then you need to advise them that it is not your debt. Again, keep copies of everything.
