NCO Financial Systems ripoff, fraudelent billing Horsham Pennsylvania
I have received a collection notice from NCO FINFANCIAL SYSTEMS, INC. for an alledged over due account with CHASE-PROVIDIAN. I do not have any credit cards currently, and have not EVER had one with Chase-Providian. I have never heard of them.
I called and after being diconnected 3 times, as soon as they heard I was disputing this charge, I finally reached a woiman named Shirley and her apparent supervisor, Miss Hicks.
Both refused to beleive me. Both trefused to investigate furhter. And both denied that they had checked my credit report, although the company did so in Apr, may and Jun 2005. These credit checks were listed on my Trans-Union credit report.
I have since called Chase-Manhattan direct and spoken with a pleasant woman who said she would file this dispute with their bank. Whether this will do any good or not, remains to be seen. In any case, this is definitely a rip-off!!!!
