NCO Financial Systems ripoff Horsham Pennsylvania
I had an ambulance bill from an accident I was in back in March of 2000. I obtained an attorney to handle my bills and suit. It took over three years to settle my claim. During the time my attorney was trying to settle my claim, NCO Financial Systems took over the ambulance bill.
About nine months ago, the ambulance bill was paid in full, by my attorney as part of the settlement against the person who caused the accident. NCO continued to call and harrass me even though I tried to tell them the bill was paid in full. I even faxed them a copy of the check paying the bill off by my attorney. Every person, (and I use the word "person" loosely when it comes to these people at NCO) have been very rude to me.
They have called me names I can't put in this report, they have called me a liar and threatened to sue me and report me to the credit bureau. They have called me several times and have no regard for my family or my privacy.
I am tired of the harrassment. I am going to contact my attorney general and file a formal complaint against NCO. I also plan on consulting with an attorney.
