These pigs have been harassing me day and night, at all hours, ILLEGAL hours, for a debt I paid over 17 years ago. They have gone on to now harass my husband for this debt, threatening us with all kinds of lawsuits and with emptying out our entire bank account.
There apparently is no way to stop these thieves because all the piggy, dishonorable politicians on this planet take money from them under the table to allow them to continue their disgusting practice.
I don't know what to do anymore. They win. They win everything. I just want to die. I just want to lie down and die. I hate this world. It's all just pigs like this raping people like me over and over and over again. I can't do it anymore.
I don't owe this money. I paid it years and years and years ago and they know I can't prove it because banks don't keep copies of checks that long, so they LIE and say I still owe it -- the company I owed it to doesn't even exist anymore and hasn't for ages!
I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. I just want to die. I hate this world and the filth like this who destroy all that's decent and good just for money they were never entitled to.

Oh, bullsh*t. This guy is a pig and what he does is beyond evil. I guess you must be in the same business - raping innocent people for money they never owed anyone in the first place. if the debt was over 7 years ago tell them f*** O** AFTER 7 YEARS ALL THEY CAN DO IS THREATEN, they have no power, CANNOT SUE OR ANYTHING. WATCH FOR FALSE "lAWSUITS" DONE BY not DELIVERING A SUMMONS SO THEY GET A DEFAULT JUDGMENT, EASILY ended by sending a statement to whatever court they scammed and stating "Out of Statute" and "Never served" then they're stuck. As long as you talk on the phone they'll harass you, start by putting a telephone block on their number. DO NOT TALK TO THEM AT ALL. Good luck, go to Budd Hibbs website, he's got them cold.

I sent a C&D certified, I filed two reports with the FTC, with the AG's office (ha -- Tom Corbett is so Steven Leckerman's purchased errand boy, the stinking piece of excrement that he is), I filed a harassment report with my local police department, I filed reports with the CPA of my state and of PA. I'm also going to file consumer complaints with Fox News, with local stations, with PA stations, and all over the internet. You should do a search on this guy and see his picture. He's some creepy old f*g -- looks like he diddles little kids in his spare time -- probably has a kiddie porn collection the size of Texas. He makes your skin crawl.

go to www.budhibbs.com Send then a cease communcations letter via certified mail with return receipt requested keep copies NEVER EVER talk to a third party debt collector on the phone been there done that

I checked all three of my credit reports, paid for the scores and I have an absolutely perfect score. Funny how AssetAcceptance, one of NCO's bogus aliases has a credit report request listed there...hmmm... I think it's time to turn the tables on these pigs...you know, you really shouldn't post pictures of yourself on the 'net if you spend your life harassing and abusing people...just sayin'...just sayin'...nor should you advertise your speaking engagements...hehehehe.... Time to have some FUN, yeeeeeeeehaw!!!! You can run, but you can't hide...you know who you are...uh-huh...
