I don't know who NCO bribes in the White House in order to stay in business. They scam from the beginning of the day, to the end of the day. They are a group of bottom-feeding pigs who manipulate hard working people in America. Best thing is, if you try and send them an email, it will come back. So they are also cowards. But thieves behave that way; they hide and dodge moral responsibility. If you ever see this name on ANY document, report them.
They are EVERYTHING that is wrong with this country.
