nco medclr nco medical they dont have authorization from the hospital where i was treated to bill me. Philadelphia Pennsylvania
nco has 4 seperate accounts open on my credit for a hospital visit that someone else also has on my credit. the originating hospital said they do NOT have authorization to have or collect on the case.
