NCO Financial ripoff rude Horsham Pennsylvania
I am writing in regards to an account that I have with NCO Financial, well to my knowledge they tell me I have several accounts. One day I happened to look at my credit report and I decided to call the companies. I called NCO and I spoke with Ms. White whom I made arrangements with to pay off two accounts.
I called Ms White back on September 22 to advise her that I needed to cancel the arrangements that I made due to the fact that there was a hurricane here. I checked my account on Monday September 27th to notice that it was negative overdrawn and I was told by this by Ms. White that I did not make these arrangements with her and she started yelling at me and then hung up in my face.
I then called back spoke with a gentleman who treated me as if I was his friend saying "yeah" Word" at the end of every statement I made. He then transferred me to Mr. Wallace who is supposed to be the supervisor that never called me back. I called back a third time and spoke to a young lady who documented everything and transferred me to Mr. Wallace. I checked my account on Saturday October 1st and noticed my account was again negative overdrawn this same check went through a second time and I was charged $30 each and every time this happened. I called back and was told to fax over documentation which I did and I have not received a credit towards my account.
