NCS A1 process servers Threatening collection calls Buffalo New York
First I got a call from an unavailable phone number said they had papers to serve I asked (A1Processing) for what and they said "defrauding if bathat's asked where he got the paperwork and he gave me the name of NCS and the 877-683-2594. I called and the lady that answered the phone asked me for a case number which I got from the first call. I asked her the name of her company and she said NCS I asked where they were and she said Buffalo NY. . While I was on hold I looked them up own the Internet and found them here.
i want to make sure to log a complaint alsome when I was on hold with NCS when the lady came back to the phone I told her that I found them on the Internet as a rip off and she blurted some threatening stuff and put me back on hold. I waited a few and finally hung up.
they did call back about 5 min later this time it was MR. Boyd from NCS calling to discuss the matter.
Needless to say......I will not be returning his call.
