Do not buy a home from this company!! In September of 2005 we bought a spec home in Rimrock, Az. The home was built very shoddy and subpar. We are still waiting for thins to be fixed from the walk through over a month and a half ago. The customer service rep. is very rude and unwilling to help. As of this date we are also having problems with a promise to do landscaping on the home. The company us refusing to do what they promised. They basically said to do whatever you have to do to enfore their word. I guess they really dont care about their customers. Think twice before doing business with Neal Klein Homes.
