Warning, do not fall for this scammer NEBRAS CAPITAL Advisor is a fraudulent professional named Mustafa Majeed Abdullah Saleh AL Maarej. He approached us by claiming he has funds allocated already with top UAE banks and he will be providing best and top notch return from trading with top banks All the best places in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, over six months and not even once we saw his office, claiming that he work with the Royal family and they won't meet us. Then pay here and there and he speak with such confidence that you sure will believe in. Then the stalling starts, waiting for the Royal to sign, then he is traveling, then sure change the verbiage cause the banker doesn't like it, and he will never provide any sort of banking comfort letter or sanction letter cause again the same bs. He gives you sites that has big names and this guy is a pro in scam, and suddenly no more reply, just silence, we lost alot using HSBC DUBAI, HK and Duetche Bank, as per HH is request, though we informed him that we are to lose cash and expenses let alone the allocation of funds, time and efforts, he gets angry saying we should know who we are dealing with, and here we are, almost six months, zero, no reply, let alone that we had to recall our instruments. Now we know for sure who we were dealing with, Scammer Mustafa Al Maarej who scamm any and every one who comes to him seeking honest project funding.
