Bought 2 neckrelax products for Christmas, company shipped to wrong address and wrong state and never responded to my complaint. Lost 100.00 dollars on purchase. I contacted the company by email and followed the instructions, but rather than answer my complaint.
They kept sending computer generated messages to reset the complaint inquirey. Paid for this thru paypal, they were no help either so both are a waste of time.
