I placed my order online for a Sony Video camera with battery, charger, viewing cables, downloading cables and received order confirmation and a delivery of 7 days. Fine print says that you'll receive a final receipt with the order. Eight (8) days later while driving, I got a cell phone call. The con-man on the phone said they needed to confirm my credit card information (which wasn't done) and order. I confirmed that I'd placed the order. At this point, he told me all the things I didn't get with my order and that he could give me a package deal that would be better. I agreed to the warranty and eventually to an longer running battery. Oh, but wait, there's more...For a little more I could get the better charger, the charger that comes with it is a 12 hour charger and this one is 30 minute. He said, "I surprised you not order the best package from our catalog". So I listened and he put together all a string of specials that would make Billy Mays proud. After he gave me the cost, it was more than twice what I started with at about $900. I told him that I couldn't do that and he indicated that it was a good deal and I'd thank him when I saw the products versus what I would have received. Futher, if I wasn't happy with any of it, I'd have 15 days to return it. So, I reluctantly (and stupidly) said OK. After 8 more days, I got the cleaning kit, table top stand and other accessories but no camera. I finally called and they told me it would be delivered that day and was about 6 pm after I had left for the game I wanted to record. This is total day #21 and two weeks after my "confirmation call". I called after I saw the package and bill and they said they'd look into and call me back. I got an email saying they'd reviewed our taped order conversation and I got what I asked for but for $170 restocking fee, I could return everything. Yes, I'm gullable but this isn't honest and they should be punished and put out of business.
