Reading this brings back memories of how "Neighbors" in Pompano Beach, Florida pulled the same insurance scam on my wife and I (read report#417071). Our property sustained documented damages of $1300.00 and after having to send the pictures, notarized documentation and waiting four weeks they finally sent us a check for $296.00. They nicely reminded us by sending a highlighted copy of the contract back to us that we foolishly agreed to insurance at a "pounds rate system" instead of true value whereas they only have to pay pennies on the dollar for damages. Nothing like saying ("Hey stupid consumer, you agreed to this! Ha-Ha!). Do yourselves a favor and NEVER, I MEAN NEVER, use this company or recommend them to anyone. If by me keeping up on this site regularly saves at least one other innocent victim from falling prey to their criminal acts it will all be worth it. After all. If I stop one person from using them that will take away 50% of their business. The only reason this company probably uses this mobster mentality is because their business is slowing dying and their running out of money. A company can only get away with business practices like this for so long before they go down the toilet in flames! Lets just hope it's soon!
