Niels Auto Finance ripoff Kansas City Missouri
THIS COMPANY IS A MAJOR CROOK. They finance cars to people who have poor credit to take advantage of them.They sell there cars with easy financing at a rediculous interest rate and look for any oppertunity to rip them off and if they cant find a reason,they will make one up as part of there scam.This happened to a friend of mine.She had a full time job at a nursing home and being she had little credit and to keep her job,she went to Neils Auto Finance for a car. She found a nice looking Geo Tracker that was priced at around 7000 dollars so she bought it.
Well,a couple weeks went by and out of no were they repoed the vehicle at the place of her employment claiming she didnt have insurance on it. They received verifacation the said vehicle was insured to there requirements since the time of purchace to beyond the time they repoed the vehicle. But they refused to admit there fault. Well, a few years went by and out of no were they are attempting to sue for an amount that is way more crooked than there interest rate. And if you knew the amount, you probobly wouldnt believe it. The owner of this company is a CROOK. He is not the man he trys to make him self out to be on his advertisements. And if he he goes to church or claims to be a religious man, its to cover up the fact HE BELONGS IN PRISON.

We was served to appear in coart in Kansas City,Mo and showed documentation that contract was broken by Neils Auto.Neils Auto attorney dropped suit.
