I purchased a 1994 Eagle Vision TSI from Neil's finance plaza in Nov. of 2005 for 6,500. I've put a down payment of $300. I've had the car for around 6 months before I started experiencing problems. While I was driving the car it would just cut off, at first when the car cut off I could put in park and turn it on.

Two weeks later I would drive the car and it would cut off and I couldn't get it started. Each time it would cut off on the highway and it would be hard to try to get the car off the highway without getting hit, this happened serveral times, I've had this car towed home several times.

I've had to replace the TPS sensor, crank shaft sensor, ignition coil, and the car would run for about a month and it would do the same thing all over again. I've tried to bring the issue up to regency/neils and they would either give me some bogus number or say there is nothing they can do.

Nov. would be a full year and the car is not running again. Also what is sad is that when it rains hard the windshield wipers will stop working I've almost been in near wrecks when the car cuts off and when the windshield wipers would stop working.

I've paid over 3,000 on this car and I still own 3,174 I just want to get rid of it.

Neil's Finance Plaza RE:Customer Sour Grapes

It is very irresponsible and unfair to post such negative and damaging comments about a company without investigating the validity of the allegations. This customer has sour grapes because he quit paying for his vehicle and then lost it to repossession. There is only one complaint about the car and the customer had been driving it almost a year when it was logged. Let's be fair and balanced about how we try to destroy a companies reputation.
