Unfortunately, like most people in the world (95%) they can receive instructions on how to better their life, financially, physically, etc... BUT they won't take action (honestly do what the book says) so the next thing they do is complaint (even though they didn't even honestly try) (just watch how I get attacked now) :)

Neo-Tech has a very satisfactory rating with me and many others. It isn't uncommon for a business to have dozens of complaints out of hundreds of thousands of customers. Try contacting customer service to get a refund. There is nothing dishonest about the highly competitive marketing stratigies used by Neo-Tech. I know several satisfied customers in Utah. You should be concentrating your efforts on helping to bring in the future with Nouveau Tech. The Nouveau Tech Heirloom packages have been life saving for myself and my family. The knowledge contained in the Nouveau Tech Heirloom Packages is life changing and cannot be found anywhere else. This information changed me from a follower, someone who was going nowhere fast and just went along with the authority figures in my life. The reason I say this is that Neo-Tech Publishing does, in fact honor ALL money back guarentee requests promptly and with no questions. Secondly, IF you link to the BBB you will see that their comments say that all refund complaints were handeled properly and promptly. This should be a NR rating soon as the rating will be undergoing review to correct mistakes.

I have been a customer of the Neo-Tech Publishing Company for several years. During that time, I have ordered some huge tomes such as the Neo-Tech Discovery, Zonpower, and the Neo-Tech Protection kit (in two volumes), to name just a few of the publications I have ordered. In all cases, I received a pamplet or multi-page letter describing the book, the values offered within, money back guarentee, etc. The collection of books purchased were and are of enduring value, empowered me, and continue to represent high value to me. There were two delivery problems that were not the publisher's fault. On my street there was a lawyer's house with a street number similar to mine. A not so conscientious postal delivery person left the books on these two separate occasions at this lawyer's house by mistake. The lawyer withheld the books from me for over a month, kept them in his study, and read them. I saw him drop them off at my door step finally more than a month later, once on Christmas Day and again on Memorial Day. The books had the appearance of being well consulted, a bit worn at the edges and the binding a bit wrinkled. He said he had them for only a few days and that the pages were worn out from the envelope. Neo-Tech did not bill me until I actually received the books. My credit card statement indicated they did not bill me until some time after the shipping date. I found nothing misleading about the sales literature. There was no pressure to buy, and follow up sales letters were few and far between, sometimes more than a year after the previous sale. They seemed more interested in reaching serious readers than in selling a lot of books, tapes, seminars, etc. Last, my experience with my neighbor, the lawyer, fell into context easily once I read my Neo-Tech books. I feel justified in rejecting such external authorities who steal away our time. Neo-Tech Publishing does work hard to please its customers.

I would also like to say some positive things about Neo-Tech literature. As stated by the recent positive post, I have received all requested material in a reasonable amount of time and in excellent condition. Any product or service that advertises always "hype" their product. It doesn't matter what they are selling. It's your individual choice to make a decision based on what you perceive to be worthwhile. Any business has complains lodged against it if the complainer feels slighted or unsatisfied. The literature is well written and can be controversial if you don't do your own research and verify the facts therein. It has helped me tremendously in structuring my life and taking my own responsibility for my happiness. The Society of Secrets reveals the secrets hidden from mankind from the ruling class elite. I think the problem most people have is they believe they are going to "get rich quick" without applying themselves and using the tools provided in the literature. You never get something for nothing. No matter what you do in society, if you don't apply yourself, your not going to go anywhere.

Hi my name is Elaine and I am a Neo-Tech Family member. I am also a retired spec. educ. instructor though I still do work privately for some people and organizations in the home. I am an honest and sincere person of 51 years old (not a baby). I wanted to respond to this complaint because every time I see a person that has turned down NT I feel a GREAT SADNESS FOR THEM. I will respond to this complaint via copy and pasting of some of the complaint statements. Here goes: (1) The BBB states, "Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to a pattern of consumer complaints and failure to correct or eliminate the underlying cause(s) of consumer dissatisfaction in the marketplace." BBB rating for NT, as stated, is DUE TO AN UNSATISFACTORY RECORD W/BUREAU "Here Is The Important Point" Due to a PATTERN of consumer complaints and FAILURE to correct or eliminate the underlying cause of consumer dissatisfaction in the market place. Neo-Tech offers a series of educational insights that are provided in (3) large Heirloom books of 800 to 1200 pages of priceless and fundamental insights represented via a study back on the repetition of historical events in society and the world which have formed our philosophical belief structure; and, how that belief structure shapes who we have become. In my studies in prep. for teaching, taking PSYCHOLOGY 101 was mandatory. How many of us have not read a book and been upset with the realities we may have read in a book which too closely represent a place we are, or have been in life? And, How many of us, having read this do not become upset with the face to face reality that new realizations being read bring to our attention about ourselves. The person at the gym that has gone there to loose excess pounds, does not like to hear from the trainer, "Your body fat level is above 30%". In this situation, the over weight person looking in the mirror is presented with a picture of themselves that ,BASED ON THEIR DESIRE TO CHANGE THEIR OUTCOME, may or may not cause them to become upset with themselves and break the mirror (in this case Neo-Tech). In my experience, it is those people that are too hurt by society and what society has caused them to become that turn away from NT and look for something to complain about. DON'T BREAK THE MIRROR, GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE! (2) Other complaints include dishonest sales practices, sales presentation misrepresented product, advertisement misrepresented product, non-delivery of products, etc. (2) The marketing of NT to me was always a CHOICE BASED purchase on my behalf. I did not feel the product was misrepresented, nor do I feel I am a victim of false promises. My product came to me in a very timely manner. NT is international now SO PLEASE ALLOW TWO TO THREE WEEKS FOR DELIVERY :) (3) Dear Sir in Utah, I hope that you will give NT a Chance Again At some Point.
