Neptune Health, Hoodia Miracle Diet ripoff Carribean Internet
This so called company is a scam. I was charged $6.95 on 10/12/06 for a weeks worth (free sample they claim)and paid the $6.95 shipping charges. The disclaimer indicates you agree to be on their auto-ship plan unless you cancell within 10 days. On 10/17/06 (and again on 10/21/06) I sent an email indicating I was cancelling and not authorizing any further charges. I noticed today I was charged an additional $89.90. I called and spoke with an extremely rude woman who indicated I did not cancel until 10/21/06. I indicated to her I did also send an email on 10/17/06 which she claims is not what they have in their records therefore I was charged. I demanded that I receive full credit at which point this woman said that isn't happening and laughed. I said I would contact whomever I needed to to stop their scamming schemes. She said do whatever you want to do and said good luck and hung up. And this is what Neptune Health claims is customer service? I have yet to even received the "free sample." This company is a total scam! I am now calling my bank and disputing the charges.
