Complaint Review: NET DETECTIVE 2004 - DELAND Florida

This is a response to the rebuttal from Ben, Dallas Texas. Ben, or should I say John Stanley(owner of Net Detective) or Deborah Stanley. How would you know if a send emotional statments in communication with this company. How did you know that I did not fill out thier refund form exactly? They ask questions of no relevance for a refund. Sign and date I would not put my signature on anything that came from that company. John, Oh,I mean Ben. I am happy you had such a wonderful experience with Cyberspace To Paradise Inc./Net Detective. However, there are hundred's and hundreds of customers who have not. They are out of their money. My communication with this company does not have emotional statements but statements which I will proceed with. With all due respect to Ben. I feel he is a subsidiary or affiliates to the above mentioned rip off company. I would also Like Ben to know that this company also does business under at least 16 different company names. So, physic Ben, you tell me how many people are being scamed out of money. This is not the only forum that people complain. Check around. John Stanley lives in a home with a six figure digit. I got my refund with no problem. I tried Net Detective program with the money back guarantee also. Like most others, I found the program a big flop and was somewhat mislead by their advertisements on what it could do. I found the Net Detective online customer service to be excellent. They responded to my emails promptly. They also sent me a link to the refund form when I emailed about my dissatisfaction and asked for refund. http://www.customercaredotcom.com/refund/ I found this refund procedure a little annoying rather than just crediting my card as fast as they took the money from it in the beginning. But this is their refund procedure. So I suggest for you to get your refund is avoid your emotional statements in communication with the company. Keep it business-like. Print and fill out the form exactly like instructions ask. Sign and date it. Do not use the program from your computer after that date. Mail it in. In short time, I got email acknowledgment that my refund is being processed and soon after a full refund showed up on my card records.

On June 2, 2004 a 5-page typed letter (with an additional 2-page typed list of their claims) was sent to Harris Digital Publishing. I have the return receipt card dated June 4, 2004 with signature. Therefore, someone must reside at the McGregor residence. When doing a reverse trace on the address, it pulls up a "Deborah Stanley". I take it she is a relation to "John Stanley", owner of Harris Digital Publishing. This also pulls up the phone number of (386) 736-3880. I will be adding this new number to the report I have typed up on Harris Digital Publishing. I hope my research helps you and many others out.
