I was conned into purchasing an adult website from Aj Alacan and his partner Tony Lee I paid 2000 dollars down on 05/14/2010 I was l only started receiveng training after 3 weeks that should have been my red flag. I did my part and got a business acc and got registerd to take credit cards online to this date the website cannot take purchases and I have missed out on so many sales because of it I have contacted Aj Alacan so many times about but he always tell me the same bullshit which is he is working on it it has now been 60 days and I have made no money because I cannot accept credit cards I even went as far as to use my own credit card and it was debited from my account but was never given back to me as my own purchase which it should have been.Everytime I try to contact Tony using my cellphone he ingnores my calls but when I call from a different number he picks up what does that tell you
I am now seeking legal council to get my down payment back this has cost me over 3000 dollars now and they will pay if i have to use my last dime

We were contacted by the site buyer to build a complete and functional E-commerce adult toy site. We completed the site with 3000 products within a 2 week time span inclusive of pricing, pictures and custom scripts. The buyer was to obtain a merchant account that we could integrate with the shopping cart. The buyer kept delaying the aquasition of the merchant account for weeks. We offered full training and the buyer would never make herself available to train in a timely fashion. Upon our last conversation she was to make herself available for training and still to this day has not. She has a fully functional web site. She has yet to pay the balance for her web site in the amount of 2000.00 as she is trying to avoid this final payment. We transferred the domain to her in the beginning and she has changed the password. She is currently able and is doing business on the site. She is a scammer. We have built in excess of 100 adult sites and have never encountered a problem such as this. We are pursuing the balance. She filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs and after thier investigation found that we performed our responsibility to provide what was agreed to and dismissed the claim.
