Have 3 unresolved issues from July 2007!!!

1) My Access to Voiceline webpage is disabled, ( likely due to not being able to access the credit card on file)

2) I was to be credited over $200 with 9 Months of service via Mail In Rebate. ( because I was a sun rocket customer who complied with your offer)

3) Voiceline shipped two devices admittedly due to their error, I returned one, but was never credited back ( $42+ was never credited back, this was basically your Voiceline mistake of sending me two adapters because they were overwhelmed with orders and shipped multiple gadgets to same addresses)

I am owed over $250 from Net2Phone Voice Line Inc.

Here are few of their Callous reponse on the matter:

It doesn't matter if you were their customer or not, they had your shipping and billing information along with your credit card number they used to charge for the device. Yes they were our partner at the time, however, we had nothing to do with billing for the devices. It is ridiculous that they are now trying to push the blame on us when not only did they create this situation in the first place, but they also double charged you and did not make sure that the refund was issued back into your account. Again, we cannot refund you the money we don't have. We have tried contacting them for you many times to try to get this resolved and were advised that refund was issued on 9/12.

That is all the information we were given. As far as your Sunrocket Rebate however, each call/email is noted on each account so it is highly unlikely that you contacted us all these times and nothing was noted by a single person. As we said, we could have easily fixed the rebate situation for you if you would have inquired about it. At the same time, we have numerous notations where you and your wife called in regarding the GBH refund issue.

Dear Rajesh,

Thank you for choosing VoiceLine from Net2Phone!

We have received your SunRocket Rebate request. Due to overwhelming response, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. We will send you another update once your rebate is processed and approved.

Regards,

The Net2Phone VoiceLine Team

We are not sure why you are sending the Sunrocket request email reply. Your Sunrocket Rebate request was approved, it just wasn't released due to billing issues on the account at that time.

1. What is the login you are using for your online account?

2. Yes and you never inquired into why your rebate hasn't been released or requested a refund for monthlynow. We have no notations on the account to prove otherwise.

3. Please read this carefully. For one, we did not ship two devices or charge you for devices at all, GBH was in charge of that. We are showing a single order in our system submitted by them back on 7/27/08. The double order issue originated from GBH, so they were responsible for issuing refunds on all affected accounts. Secondly, if they did send a refund back to the old credit card and it didn't go through, a standard procedure is for the credit card holder to cut a check for you. It is impossible to charge one credit card and refund another, it does not work that way. So even if the old credit card was cancelled, the refund would still go back to the same credit card that was charged. When you return an item at the store, same rule applies.

If you are saying that GBH attempted to credit your account back and weren't able to, then it looks like they did what they were supposed to and you need to contact your financial institution regarding a check that you were supposed to receive. That is not our responsibility or GBH's. Your financial institution can go back 7yrs on billing history if need-be, ask them about a refund declined around 9/12/07 according to old notes from GBH.

That is our final answer, you are free to take any action you feel is necessary.

Regards,

Voiceline Customer Support
