On Oct 03, 2004. I purchases a fax cart on eBay Auction ITEAM #4327814209. On the auction, it clearly stated:

CONDITION: LIKE NEW, GOOD, FULLY FUNCTIONAL

PACKAGE: OPENED PACKAGE

It even had 2 pictures showing the iteam with all 2 bags of hardware kits! The purchase prieces come to $23 U.S. but the LOCAL SHIPPING is another $30 U.S. Total Prices is around $60 U.S. for a Printer CART! I live only 30 minutes drive from their store, and they do not allow LOCAL pick up! $30 for a LOCAL UPS SHIPPING? What a RIP-OFF.. but that is more.. It take them 10 days to ship the iteam... And when the iteam arrive, it is missing all the HARDWARE, the Screws and Nuts are missing, And the Wheels are also missing! All I got a 5 useless wooden PANEL! 5 WOODEN PANEL for $60 U.S.!!!! Does that sound NORMAL to YOU?

I called their LOCAL Telephone Number, leave down my phone number (LOCAL) then E-Mailed them pointing out they HAD PICTURES showing the HARDWARE KITS... Of course, there are no call back. Days later they remove the pictures on the eBAY site, and I got a E-Mail, they say they are very sorry and they will try to look for the HARDWARE PACK for me in their warehouse... Of course, that got nowhere, they finally offer me a $10 instore credit! I return back and say why I wanted a $10 instore credit, where I can buy more TRASH from them? They return me back asking me to SEND the HOLD PACKAGE BACK FOR A FULL REFUND.. They wanted me to take this 15 pound of crap out to my driveway, to my car and drive to a MAIL DEPOT and RETURN IT! ALL BECAUSE THEY MADE THEIR MISTAKE!

So I finally forgot about it, and gone to a local hardware store and spend extra $12 to buy the replacment screws and wheels... This is suppose to be the end of the story.. I didn't even think I will complaint...

But Days later, They leave me a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK on my eBAY saying "CUSTOMER DID NOT FOLLOW OUR TERMS OF SALE AND LEFT NEG FDBK"

That just PISSED ME OFF! Please tell me WHICH TERMS OF SALE did I NOT FOLLOW?? They show a pictures with the product with all the parts, THEN STATED IT IS FULLY FUNCITIONAL and GOOD!! And then they ship me an ITEM that is basily USELESS!?

Look! Missing Wheels is NOT FULLY FUNCTIONAL, MISSING SCREWS ISN'T FULLY FUNCTIONAL!

I do a search, and find this ripoffreport.com... I found out I am not the only one got ripped off here! I see cases in here that people return their products and get NOTHING back!!! I also read the comments left on this company eBAY Feedback and found out that is a total of "339" negative and netral feedback this MONTH ONLY. Most of which are missing PARTS! and iteam was used and damage!

This COMPANY is run by a bunch of losers!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Can e bay not susspend their account? if they have had so many complaints, I should think that they should kick these guys out of e bay. I was going to purchase a TV stand from them at $13 but later changed my mind. I had e mailed them several times regarding the product and tried to get certain questions answered but they were very evasive with their answers. I found them to be a scam. When I did let them know that i would purchase the product, but i wanted to pick it up as they are 10 minutes away from me...it took them 2 weeks to get back to me and when they called me on the phone, they informed me that i would have to get it that day within 2 hours..????That is when i changed my mind. I hadn't paid them yet...so i left it. It is now 2 1/2 months later and they sent me a e mail stating that my purchase has been cancelled because i didn't respond! Glad NOT to do business with them. I think the next comment made about them on e bay should read "please see Rip-off Report.com before buying"...it would even be worth it to buy a cheap product from them so that you can leave this feedback!!! An eye for an eye. I wonder how that would help their business?

Another update, last week, they e-mail me back "AFTER" I file a complaint @ Squaretrade.com. They offer me a new printer cart and ask me to goto their location and see them. I refused, because it is no point. I already brough my own hardware kits. All I trying to do is get them to remove the netgative feedback on my eBAY. This is the only netgative feedback I received after 3 years on eBAY. And of course I heard nothing back! I finally close the case on SQAURETRADE. I got tired of dealing with those losers @ netclearances. But for people trying to buy stuffs from them on eBAY.. Watch OUT! What you see is not always what you get! when you come to netclearances!

They finally reply @ SQUARETRADE this afternoon. They offer me to come to the office to pick up a new Printer Cart.. Which is a GOOD START... Where I told him that I don't need a new Printer Cart, I already spend money to replace the HARDWARE KITS..... All I needed is for them to REMOVE the NEGATIVE COMMENT on my eBAY! I told them, I will not accept an NEGATIVE COMMENT on my eBAY account where I didn't nothing wrong... I am still waiting for their reply on this... But that teach me a lession... Next time, I should do a search on ripoffreport.com before I do any business with any company out there!
