Can e bay not susspend their account? if they have had so many complaints, I should think that they should kick these guys out of e bay. I was going to purchase a TV stand from them at $13 but later changed my mind. I had e mailed them several times regarding the product and tried to get certain questions answered but they were very evasive with their answers. I found them to be a scam. When I did let them know that i would purchase the product, but i wanted to pick it up as they are 10 minutes away from me...it took them 2 weeks to get back to me and when they called me on the phone, they informed me that i would have to get it that day within 2 hours..????That is when i changed my mind. I hadn't paid them yet...so i left it. It is now 2 1/2 months later and they sent me a e mail stating that my purchase has been cancelled because i didn't respond! Glad NOT to do business with them. I think the next comment made about them on e bay should read "please see Rip-off Report.com before buying"...it would even be worth it to buy a cheap product from them so that you can leave this feedback!!! An eye for an eye. I wonder how that would help their business?

Another update, last week, they e-mail me back "AFTER" I file a complaint @ Squaretrade.com. They offer me a new printer cart and ask me to goto their location and see them. I refused, because it is no point. I already brough my own hardware kits. All I trying to do is get them to remove the netgative feedback on my eBAY. This is the only netgative feedback I received after 3 years on eBAY. And of course I heard nothing back! I finally close the case on SQAURETRADE. I got tired of dealing with those losers @ netclearances. But for people trying to buy stuffs from them on eBAY.. Watch OUT! What you see is not always what you get! when you come to netclearances!

They finally reply @ SQUARETRADE this afternoon. They offer me to come to the office to pick up a new Printer Cart.. Which is a GOOD START... Where I told him that I don't need a new Printer Cart, I already spend money to replace the HARDWARE KITS..... All I needed is for them to REMOVE the NEGATIVE COMMENT on my eBAY! I told them, I will not accept an NEGATIVE COMMENT on my eBAY account where I didn't nothing wrong... I am still waiting for their reply on this... But that teach me a lession... Next time, I should do a search on ripoffreport.com before I do any business with any company out there!
