This company does not ship items in the time from that they say they will. Prints shipper numbers without items being shipped.

Does not respond to emails as they say. Will not answer a faxed request and never answers the phone. They do everything they can to avoid a customer.

They falsely advertise products as being one thing with its not such as a multiregion dvd player saying it plays regions 1-6 when it doesnt. This being verified by the manufacture.

After I turned in almost $2000 worth of orders they decided that they want a credit card verification. I sent no less then 10 copies by fax and 4 more by email and all the time begging them to ship my order with no response. It wasn't till I told them I was calling the credit card company that they shipped my orders. And then it wasn't all of them. I still have 4 playstation2 units they have not shipped.

They have cost me a lot of time and money by having to refund customers for non shipped or defective items.

Anyone dealing with the company and having problems please file a complaint with the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau. Together we can get someone to listen. I would love to be able to bring a class action suit against this company.
