It's obvious to me that you work for one of the Netflix competitors.  Why else would you try to report such a ridiculous triviality. There is no other reason.

Let us know what the attorney general says about your ability to read.

Pathetic!

Sounds like they set you up.

I dont know how the netflix trial works, but I remember with bmg you could get multiple trials under different names.  I got quite a few free cds that way!

Let us know how your "class action" lawsuit goes. All netflix has to do is point to the small print and case dismissed. I hope you do sue them, so you can waste a bunch of money over a 9.95 charge that you could have avoided if you bothered to actually read. Just because you cant take the time to read the small print doesn't mean it doesn't apply to you. lol

The card states one per household!  I have had Netflix for years and have not a one single problem with them.  When a return was stolen out of my mailbox they just forgave and did not charge me for something beyond my control.

Good luck - not gonna happen.

You're going to have the proverbial "Class Action Lawsuit" because Netflix only lets you have one free trial?  Good luck with that.

It's very common for companies to only allow one free trial, that's what it's for, to give you one trial to see if you like it.  You may even get more offers but you still only get one free trial.

I have had Netflix since 2004 and have never had a single problem with them, they do an awesome job in my view.

You were not ripped off

Incidentally, I do not work for or have anything to do with Netflix except as a satisfied customer.

Do you mean to tell me that you have no problem clogging the courts and wasting everybodies time over a mere $9.95? Please. It's your own fault for not reading the small print. I also got one and saw that it clearly states "One per household". If anyone should take someone to court, its them taking you for slander.
