Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased a Netspend card, loaded $20.00 on it, the next day I attempted to make a (first time) purchase with it, but it declined. I checked the balance, there was a $14 balance on it. They TOOK $6.00 of MY MONEY. So I made a $5.11 purchase, they TOOK another $2.00 from that. If I make one more purchase of $4.00+ they will take another $2.00. Doing the math. Netspend Stole: $6.00 (Before I used the card for the first time). $2.00 after my first purchase. $2.00 after my next (Last and Final) purchase. The thieves took $10.00 of my money from a $20.00 card load. ***50%*** If there will be another class action suite against Netspend, I want to be the first in line. And I want to know why the authorities haven't imprisoned these criminals. It doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe I will start a debit card business and do the same thing. If they can get away with it, so can I. The only difference is, I have a conscience, and I also know that there is a special place reserved in hell for these losers. Whatsoever a person produces (good or bad) will also experience the equivalent of their deed (good or bad). Some call it Karma!

If Netspend made it clear that 50% of your money goes to them, do you think I would have bought the card? What a dumbshit! Find yourself something to do after you get out of your mentally challenged school every afternoon. We don't need your worthless chatter!

The reason I put $20 on the card is because I am poor and I have to pay a bill collector that I am trying to transfer money to. I don't know how to file a class action suite, but I will investigate.

For you, you need a life and stop being an AS*HOLE towards victims before you become my victim. Sh*t wad! Go to Craigslist and piss with them. Oh, and try to get a life so you won't have to interrupt other peoples.

Why would you use one of these "high fee" debit cards and only load $20 on it? Do you really think that they are charity cases and make everything free? Of course not, if you want the fees waived you need to have a lot more than $20 deposited on the card.

If there will be another class action suite against Netspend, I want to be the first in line.

- If you want to be first in line then YOU must start the Suit yourself. If anyone else starts it they will be first and if the suit goes anywhere, in 5-6 years you may get  enough money back for a sandwich at a Fast Food resturant.

Of course the moment they show the judge the fee shedule that is posted online, and that you agreed to it when you opened the account.  The judge will throw the case out.

A Law "Suite"?

I see exactly what we're dealing with here. You gave yourself away! Did you even, for one split second, consider reading your agreement and fee schedule? Nope! Why are you even messing with this card to begin with?

Get a local checking account! Oh wait, let me guess...you probably have had massive overdraft fees from a past checking account and no banks want to deal with you! A law "suite"? Thanks for the laughs!
